Specialist Support for Sensitive Information
Redaction, disclosure and Information Governance support for schools, Local Authorities and other organisations.
Specialist Experience. Careful Judgement.
Extensive Experience
Over 25 years’ experience working with Children’s Social Care and schools, with an in-depth understanding of sensitive, complex and historical records.
Human-Led Review
Every document is reviewed carefully, with human judgement at the centre of the process. Technology may assist the review, but it does not replace manual assessment.
Clear Disclosure Outputs
Each completed project includes a pre-redaction review copy, final redacted disclosure copy and a detailed redaction report, providing a clear record of the work completed.
Secure Handling
Documents are handled securely and returned using the same or another agreed secure method. Case data is retained for three months after completion and then manually deleted.
Complex & Historical Records
Specialist review and redaction of complex, historical and handwritten records, including sensitive Social Care information and records requiring careful, detailed assessment.
